Privacy Policy

Radio Silence is Brayden Stewart's personal, self-funded research-documentation project: a public record of his own biometric data during a 6-month no-phone self-experiment. It is not a company, product, or service that collects data from other people — it publishes one person's own health data by his own choice, as the entire point of the study.

The biomarker charts, follower counts, and log entries on this site are all Brayden's own data, published intentionally as part of the study's documentation: biometric readings from Whoop (and, in the future, Garmin) — recovery, sleep, heart-rate variability, strain, and related metrics; monthly bloodwork and lab panel results; and public social follower/subscriber counts across Instagram, YouTube, X, and TikTok.

This site connects to the Whoop API using OAuth to sync Brayden's own account data — specifically the recovery, sleep, cycles, and profile scopes. No other Whoop accounts are accessed. Access and refresh tokens are stored as encrypted environment secrets, are never exposed in client-side code, and are never committed to the site's source repository. A scheduled sync periodically pulls new data and writes it into the site's dataset for display; it does not run on every page load.

Nothing, currently. There is no account system, no visitor tracking beyond standard hosting-provider access logs, and no tracking cookies. The "Email Updates" option shown in the site header is not yet active — no email addresses are being collected. If and when that feature ships, this policy will be updated first to describe exactly what's collected and how it's used.

Biometric and log data displayed on this site is retained indefinitely, as it forms the historical record of the study itself.
